We're Moving!  The family and I will be moving to our new duty station in Fort Irwin, CA.  All orders placed after July 5, 2008 will not be shipped until August 8, 2008 (some orders may be processed earlier, contact us for details).  You can still contact us with any question during that period.  Also, some fabrics shown may not be available after the move.  Thank you so much for your understanding.
 
*UPDATE* Today (8-1-08), I fell down the stairs while holding my daugter in my arms.  She is completely fine and luckily, I slid down rather then tumbling forward.  I, however, injured my ankle pretty bad and am now on crutches and in a cast for 6 weeks.  Orders that have been placed, will be refunded and I am not accepting any orders until I have a better idea of when I will be recovered and in our own home.  Yup!  Still house hunting.  I appreciate everyone's understanding during this tough time for our family and I hope to work with you in the near future.

Payment Options & Sales Tax

We accept payments via several credit options through Paypal, a secure processor that does not allow us any access to your credit card information, ensuring your complete privacy and protection.

  • Debit cards and immediate withdrawals from your checking account
  • Electronic checks
If you don't have a Paypal account, you can still pay with the above options. It is not necessary to have an account or create an account in order to complete your purchase in our checkout process.

We also accept personal checks, cashier checks and money orders. Orders that are paid with these options will not be shipped until the payment has cleared. If you choose to mail us a form of payment, please Contact Us for our mailing address.

Shipping

The Pitter Patter Boutique offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75.00. Free shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, which can take anywhere from 2-3 business days for delivery. This does not include the possibility of delays due to Holidays or weekends.
 
Insurance is optional during the check-out process.  We can not be held responsible for packages once they leave our hands.  Purchasing insurance is highly recommended.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping. You can select your destination for delivery during the check-out process.

Delivery and Order Status

Most orders will ship between 1-3 business days via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Because many of our items are made to order or customized for you, we ask that you allow 2 weeks for delivery. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided. Due to the increase in email security, please be sure to check you spam or bulk folder for this email. Contact us at any time to check the status of your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. You can return your item in unused condition for a gift voucher of equal value, less shipping charges. Your gift voucher will not be issued until the item is received by us.

If you would like to exchange an item, we will be happy to do so. Just send the item back in unused condition and we will send you your new item. Additional shipping charges will be applied.

We can not accept returns or exchanges of used items.
